T-shirts are easy to embroider, but it is extremely important to create a perfectly prepared embroidery file. An embroidery file communicates with the embroidery machine and tells it when, where and which stitch to make. There are many technical subtleties to consider in order to achieve an optimal result, especially on T-shirts. T-shirts are difficult to embroider because they have a very fine fabric. The firm, solid embroidery plays against the elastic, fine stitches of the T-shirt. It is very important to create as little distortion as possible so that the embroidery sits nicely on the shirt. We are happy to plan a detailed implementation of your motif to be embellished.
Have T-shirts printed or embroidered?
In most cases, printing or embroidery is possible, but not every design or T-shirt is equally suitable for embroidery. In general, it can be said that flat designs with broad lines are easier to embroider than fine motifs. You should also make sure that the embroidery is not too large. As many small details have an influence on the quality of the embroidery products, we will be happy to advise you. This is part of our service!

Having T-shirts embroidered - how does it work?
Als erstes schickt ihr uns euer Design, die geplante Auflage und im besten Fall auch schon euer Wunschtextil. Wir schauen uns das Design an und beraten euch ob eine Bestickung, ein Druck oder ein anderes Veredelungsverfahren dass beste Ergebnis für die Auflage und das Motiv liefert.
Im Anschluss bekommt ihr von uns ein Angebot und ein digitale Druckvorschau in der ihr die Druck Position, die Größe, die Veredelungsart und die Farben prüfen könnt. Im Anschluss gebt ihr uns die Freigabe und wir können starten.
How long does the delivery take from release?
As a rule, we process orders within 2 weeks of approval. However, we also offer express models that can be implemented within a few working days depending on capacity utilization.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, but the higher the print run, the higher the discount and the better the price. Individual items are conceivable and can be used for photo shoots or just for advertising.
Can any motif be used as embroidery?
Jein, sehr feine Motive sind umsetzbar jedoch ist es fraglich ob durch die Garnstärke diese schön rauskommen oder nicht doch eine andere Drucktechnik Sinn macht um T shirts zu veredeln.
Im Grossen und Ganzen kann man allerdings so gut wie jedes Motiv im Stick umsetzen, egal ob Namen, Logo, Emblem oder Werbung mit Persönlichkeit.
Why does the data have to be digitized before the stick?
It is necessary to create a so-called embroidery file to communicate to the embroidery machine how stitches, stitch widths, cuts, etc. are to be set. As distortion occurs during embroidery, this must be taken into account in order to obtain clear shapes.
Do you also embroider an item of clothing other than a T-shirt?
Of course, we don't just embroider T-shirts. We can embroider all other conceivable items according to your specifications. We will advise you on the choice of textiles to achieve perfect results. In the end, professionalism is the deciding factor in the implementation of a logo.
