FINISHING HOODIES WITH SCREEN PRINTING
Whether fine or coarse textiles, our experienced team of screen printers delivers razor-sharp results even on difficult-to-print textiles.
In the screen printing process, the ink is printed onto the textile through a screen using a rubber squeegee. This printing technique impresses with its quality and durability.
Thanks to years of experience, we also offer you a solid, closed and opaque print on hoodies that remains firmly anchored in the textile even after countless washes.

TRANSFER PRINTING FOR HOOD OR SLEEVE PRINTING
With transfer printing, we also offer full-surface printing on the sleeves or hood of your hoodie. Everything is possible here, from small details to elongated areas over the entire length of the sleeve. Sharp, clear lines and accurate color reproduction are no problem here. With a choice of flock, flex, digtial or screen print transfer, we offer you the ideal type of print for finishing your products from a single source.
In this example we used a digital plastisol transfer / screen print mix.
The sleeves were refined by means of screen printing transfer. Embroidery on the chest lifts the overall image.
Enhance sweaters with digital printing
Digital direct or transfer printing is perfect for printing motifs with many colors or photos. Unlike screen printing, the number of colors in the design does not play a role in digital implementation.
Digital printing is also perfect for smaller print runs. Garments can be finished in this way from a print run of around 20 pieces.

ORGANIC SWEATERS AND CHOOSING THE RIGHT MATERIAL
The choice of material plays a major role in producing hoodies with a perfect print result. Sweaters with a high polyester content tend to give off color and so prints are often distorted in color. Although this bleeding can be prevented with special underprints, it is expensive and has a direct impact on costs.
Cotton, on the other hand, not only offers high wearing comfort but also great printing results. Whether it is Fairtrade organic cotton or "normal" cotton hardly matters.
We always use the technically correct printing techniques in our process to offer you an optimal product. Printing ink is used where it makes sense.
Have hoodies printed or embroidered
Print or embroider hoodies? There is no right or wrong here, different types of printing can often be used in different ways. Embroidery, for example, is ideal for embellishing small chest logos. If a logo has color gradients or a lot of details, screen printing or transfer printing makes more sense.
We always advise you on the choice of suitable printing processes and show you options and difficulties in the technical implementation of your motif to be printed. If technically possible, we always give you the choice of having hoodies printed or embroidered.
