In addition to all finishing techniques and print types, we are also happy to support you with completely individual textile production. Our team will accompany you from the first sampling as a 3D rendering, through an original sample, to the mass production of your desired textile. We work with you to coordinate the production according to your needs and plan it in one of our countless production facilities located around the world. Textile productions are quite extensive in their elaboration and it is advisable to aim for a production run of 300 - 500 pieces. We can develop and render patterns for you in our In House Sampling Studio in Munich - Germany. After coordination, we provide the digital pattern directly to production and we get a solid result in the first sampling step.
Textile production process
At the beginning of each textile production, we work together on your ideas based on a concept for the implementation of textile production. With all the collected information, we select the appropriate textile manufacturer in order to be able to implement your textiles optimally technically. In the next step, if necessary, we create a 3D rendering that shows the cut of the article and at the same time provides a digital pattern that can be passed directly to the production facility without gaps. We then create a prototype which is used to approve the quality and cut. When all the requirements of the textile are met, we trigger the production. Depending on the number of pieces to be produced in a textile production and the chosen textile factory, you can expect delivery times of 2-3 months for a textile production.

IQOS use case - an example of a transportation solution on the body
In this example, we have developed a transport case for e-cigarettes that can be worn on the body like a shoulder bag. The cut shape was created in-house, from the digital implementation to the sample. After consultation with users, a final production cut file was developed which served as the basis for production.
Production of the carrier system
High-quality imitation leather was used in production to give the product a sophisticated finish. The details such as buttons and buckle suspension in contrasting color, give accents in the project. Visible seams and magnetic buttons aid functionality.
