In order to be able to offer almost all types of textiles and cuts in the best quality, we work closely with brands and can thus offer our customers a wide range of fairly and ecologically produced fabrics.

When it comes to fair trade and organic production, we definitely don't want to do without Continental's textiles. The variety of fair produced products and different cuts of Continental makes it one of our top brands, which we gladly and convinced recommend to our customers.

Continental Clothing is a member of the Fear Wear Foundation and of course you can find all the desired certificates like GOTS, PETA, and their own product lines that deal with the issue. Their Earth Positive products are 100% organic, vegan and GOTS certified. Also their Salvage product line is made from 100% recycled PET and organic cotton.

GOTS

Der Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) ist ein Weltweit führender und anerkannter Standart für die Verarbeitung von biologisch erzeugten Naturfasern. Es zählt zu den wichtigsten Textilsiegeln und besitzt sehr genaue und strenge Erfüllungskriterien, welche es zu einem sehr hohen Standard machen.

PETA

Das PETA Zertifikat bescheinigt, dass im gesamten Prozess keine Tierversuche von Inhaltsstoffen, Rezepturen oder anderen fertigen Produkten durchgeführt oder in Auftrag gegeben wurden. Durch das Siegel wird garantiert dass bei der Produktion niemandem Leid angetan wurde.

OEKO -TEX

The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 assures that no harmful chemical substances are used in the production of the textiles. It also certifies the restriction of lead content in dyes and the absence of untested or not yet banned substances.

FAIRTRADE

Durch FAIRTRADE wird garantiert dass alle Erzeuger eines Produktes im Herstellungsprozess einen fairen Mindestpreis erhalten, der durch die Fair-Trade-Organisation festgelegt wird. Somit wird versichert dass keine Ausbeutung bei der Produktion stattfindet. Ebenfalls wird versucht eine langfristige partnerschaftliche Beziehung zwischen Händler und Erzeuger zu schaffen.
